App crashes and does not work..

I paid for the app but it crashes on my iPad 2 with IOS 6.1.3. It does work on some of my others devices. For the money I paid the app should perform better than hitting a wall before it even gets going.

When it does work it appears very clunky and unwieldy. They need a lot better work here for the money they are charging. Poor effort boys. No stars and bad wreckage.
